We are located on the 5th floor of Panchasheel Apartment on Gokhale Road North. Our specific spot is in Purandare Wadi in Dadar West. Being in Dadar means we are right in the middle of everything. The walk from the station can be a bit of a struggle when it’s raining, but it’s a familiar route for us. Suprbizrealty Services Llp is just a small office with a few desks and a window that looks out over the rooftops of the neighborhood. The lift in the building is a bit small, so we often take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and filling out forms. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that does anything special. Usually, we just get a kettle going. Dadar is a place with so much history, and working in an apartment building like Panchasheel makes us feel like we are part of the local fabric. We don't use big words or have long meetings about nothing. We just do the tasks that need doing and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the files get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest day's work for us. The area stays busy until late at night, so there is always energy around us when we leave the building. It’s a good spot.
