We are over at Prasad Chambers, specifically in room 501. The Opera House area is always buzzing with activity, so being here feels right for Supergems (India) Pvt. Ltd. It’s an old building, well-known in the trade, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time. The office is pretty straightforward. We have desks, some safes, and a lot of lighting for checking the stones. It’s not a place with fancy carpets or art on the walls. It’s more about the work itself. We spend our mornings sorting through things and the afternoons on the phone or meeting people. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but the fans keep things moving. We just do our business, keep our records straight, and try to get things done on time. There’s no big secret to how we run things. It’s just us, the gems, and a lot of hard work.
