Superflow Pumps Pvt. Ltd. has its home at 17, Majithia Ind. Est. in Deonar. If you know Mumbai, you know Deonar can be a bit intense with the trucks and the heat. We’ve been in this industrial estate for quite a long time. We work with pumps, all kinds of them. It’s a messy business sometimes, dealing with seals and impellers and all the things that make water or chemicals move from one place to another. Our workshop isn't the biggest, but we use every inch of it. We have shelves stacked high with spare parts, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we need, but we always do. The guys in the shop have thick callouses on their hands and they know the sound a pump makes when it’s about to fail. We don't go in for big corporate talk. We just tell you if we can fix it or if you need a new one. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in Majithia, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being honest about what we can do. There’s no secret to it, just showing up every morning and getting the work done. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare with the local traffic, but once we’re inside the gates, it’s all about the machines. We take pride in the fact that our pumps are still running in places years after we sent them out.
