Super Shuttle

We run our operations from Shantiniketan in Sector 21, Kharghar. It is a nice enough spot in Navi Mumbai, and we are surrounded by a lot of residential buildings. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and tracking where our vehicles are at any given moment. Mumbai traffic is always a mess, so we spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers trying to figure out the best routes. Our office at Plot 50 is not very large; it is mostly just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We are just a small team trying to get people to where they need to go without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes a tire goes flat or a driver gets stuck in a jam, and we have to scramble to make sure nobody is left waiting. That is just the nature of the transport business. Most of our passengers are locals from around the Raigad district who just need a reliable way to get around the city. We do not have any flashy advertising or big billboards. People just know us because they see our shuttles on the road every day. We try to keep the vans clean and running on time, though the monsoon rains usually make things a bit more difficult. We are just here in the neighborhood, doing our daily rounds and keeping things moving.
