Our office is located in Acme Plaza, which sits right on the Andheri Kurla Road in Andheri East. If you've ever spent time in this part of Mumbai, you know how incredibly busy it gets. The traffic is almost constant outside, but we are used to it by now. We occupy a good chunk of space here, and the days are usually filled with meetings, phone calls, and people running between floors. It’s a pharmaceutical company, so there is always some kind of paperwork or project that needs attention. The building itself is quite functional, and we share it with a bunch of other businesses. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but it’s very central, which makes it easier for everyone to get to. We have a lot of different teams working under one roof, so it can feel a bit crowded during the middle of the day. We don't really do the whole polished corporate image thing in our daily interactions; it’s more about just getting the jobs finished. Whether it's the rainy season or a hot summer day, the office stays busy. We grab lunch at the local spots nearby and then get right back to the tasks on our desks. It’s a fast-paced environment where you really have to stay on your toes to keep up with everything that's happening. We just focus on the daily grind and keep moving.
