We are based in the Koynabai Compound in Mumbai. If you know the 400072 area code, you know it is quite an industrial and busy part of Maharashtra. Our place is tucked away inside the compound, surrounded by other small workshops and businesses. It gets very loud during the day with all the trucks moving in and out and the sounds of machinery from next door. We have been here at Sungrace Industries Pvt. Ltd for quite some time now. The building is old and shows its age, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time managing the space and making sure everything is where it should be. Mumbai rain is always a challenge for us; when the monsoon hits, the compound gets a bit muddy and we have to be careful with our stuff. Our workers mostly come from the local neighborhoods nearby. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it over. It is hard work, and the humidity in Mumbai doesn't make it any easier. We usually have lunch together in a small corner of the shop. It is a no-nonsense environment. We aren't big on talking about our plans or using big words. We just show up in the morning, do the physical work that needs doing, and pack up when the sun goes down. It's just a regular Mumbai business trying to stay busy and productive.
