Sulochana Construction

Our office for Sulochana Construction is located at 601/A in the Lotus Apartment building, which is part of the Ansal Vihar complex on Shimpoli Road in Borivali West. Ramesh Singh Parihar is the one in charge here, and we’ve been operating out of this Mumbai location for quite a while. Borivali is a very crowded and fast-moving place, and Shimpoli Road is no exception with all its shops and traffic. We do construction work, so things can get a bit hectic between managing sites and handling the paperwork in the office. The office itself is inside a residential apartment, which is common for small businesses in Mumbai. It isn’t a fancy showroom; it’s more of a place where we meet contractors, look over blueprints, and talk to clients about their building projects. We have a lot of maps and project photos pinned up on the walls. It feels a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Outside, the sounds of the city are constant, but we just get on with our work. We don't spend money on big advertising boards because most of our projects come from people who have worked with us before. We just try to build things properly and make sure the jobs get finished on time. It’s a lot of coordination and hard work, but we like being part of the Mumbai building scene.
