Suiwaidi Industrial Services

Our company, Suiwaidi Industrial Services, is based in the Omneelkanth building in Ambernath East. It’s part of the Shivdham Complex. This is a busy area with a lot of people moving around. We provide various industrial services. Our days are mostly spent coordinating with technicians or looking over service reports. The office is on the 4th floor. The lift works most of the time, but we often end up taking the stairs anyway because it’s faster. It’s a practical workspace. There are no fancy decorations or expensive rugs. We have a few old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen a lot of use over the years. Being in Ambernath means we are quite a distance from the main Mumbai city. Things feel a bit more relaxed here. The trains are always crowded during peak hours, though. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones trying to get updates from the sites we are working on. There's always someone coming in or out with a tool bag or a set of drawings. It gets a bit chaotic during the monsoon because the roof leaks a little in the corner. We just put a bucket there and carry on. We are just a local team doing what we can with the tools we have. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to get the work done right each day. It’s not always easy, but we’ve built some good relationships with others here.
