Sudha Impex

Sudha Impex is run out of a flat in Bhayander East. We are located in Flat No 207, in the B Wing of the Venkatesh building. It is a residential building, so it feels very much like a home-based operation, which is basically what we are. We don't have a big storefront or a warehouse attached to this spot. It is mostly where we handle the importing and exporting paperwork and talk to our suppliers on the phone. The living room has basically been taken over by desks and stacks of samples. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all the boxes coming in and out, but they are used to us by now. Bhayander can be a bit crowded, and the trains are always full, so we are glad we don't have to commute very far. We keep things very simple. There is a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea. It is not the most professional-looking setup if you are expecting a corporate office, but it works for us. We deal with various goods and products, and our days are spent checking prices and shipping dates. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of people who know how to handle the customs forms and the orders. It is a quiet way to run a business, and we prefer the privacy of being in a residential wing of the building.
