Studio SW

Our small office for Studio SW is located in Mahim. We are on the ground floor of the Crystal Co building, unit 21/C. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with elevators when we are carrying boards or supplies. The space is usually a bit of a mess with papers and drawings everywhere. We aren't the type to keep a perfectly clean desk. We spend most of our time staring at screens or sketching out ideas on whatever paper is nearby. There are a few of us working here. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the projects at hand. Mahim is a busy place, so there is always someone walking by the window. Sometimes we get distracted by the food smells from the nearby stalls. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. If you come by, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors are used to us staying late. When there is a deadline, the lights stay on long after everyone else has gone home. We don't do much promotion. Most of our work comes because someone told a friend about us. It’s a simple way to run things and it works for us. We just focus on the drawings and hope people like the end result. It is not always perfect but we try.
