Our setup is located at 6/52 in the Dattani Park CHS, over in Kandivali East. Being inside a housing society gives the office a much different feel than a commercial complex. It’s a bit quieter, though you still hear the kids playing or the neighbors chatting in the hallways. Mumbai life is always a bit cramped, and our office reflects that. We’ve squeezed in everything we need into this space. There are desks pushed against the walls and shelves full of folders reaching up to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and a bit of the park trees. We’ve been here for quite some time now, so we know the security guards and the local shopkeepers by name. It’s a practical location for those of us living on this side of the suburbs. The commute isn't too bad if you timing it right. We don't have any of that corporate polish. The chairs are a bit mismatched and the printer has its days where it just won't cooperate. We usually just have a laugh about it and keep going. It’s a very local way of working. Most of our days are spent sitting at these desks, dealing with the daily tasks that come our way. It’s a simple, functional space where we feel comfortable. We just do our thing without making a big fuss about the office look.
