STNJ Ventures Private Limited operates out of a flat in the Lotus Residency in Pune. We are in Flat C-203, which is part of the SR No 281/3/4 area. Since we are based in a residential complex, the office has a very quiet and home-like feel to it. It is much better than being in a loud commercial building right on the main road. We have set up our workspace with standard tables and chairs, and we have a small corner for making coffee and having lunch. The residency is a nice place, and we often see our neighbors going about their daily lives while we are busy with our venture projects. Pune is a great city to be in, and this particular spot is tucked away enough to give us some peace. We don't have a formal reception or a big staff. It is just a handful of us working on our computers. Sometimes the delivery people have trouble finding the right wing, so we often have to guide them over the phone. We like the informal atmosphere here. It allows us to focus on the tasks at hand without the pressure of a traditional office environment. We have been here for a bit now, and the setup suits the way we like to handle our business affairs. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place to work.
