Sterling Freights Pvt. Ltd (The Logistics Com)

We are over at Wakefield House on Sprott Road. It is an old building in Ballard Estate, and you can really feel the history when you walk through the doors. Sterling Freights Pvt. Ltd, or The Logistics Com as some people call us, has been operating out of here for a while now. The area is usually quite busy with people coming and going from all the different offices around the estate. We spend most of our time dealing with freight and shipping papers. It is a lot of back and forth on the phone with drivers and other companies. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of tea gets drank throughout the day. Sometimes the traffic outside on Sprott Road gets backed up, which makes it hard to get anything in or out quickly. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can without too much fuss. There are days when everything goes right and days when the paperwork is a total mess. That is just how the shipping business is. We do not have any fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you will just find us working at our computers. It is a practical place for practical work. Ballard Estate is a nice spot though, especially in the mornings before it gets too hot and crowded. We like being here and being part of the local scene.
