We operate out of Dadar, right here in Mumbai. Our space is in the Amritkumbh Society, specifically B 12 on B S Road. If you know Mumbai, you know Dadar is always humming with activity. Swati is usually the one managing things at this location. We are under the Steelcase Asia Pacific Holdings India Pvt Ltd name. We mostly deal with office environments and how people work together. It involves a lot of thinking about furniture and layout. Being in Dadar means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient but also very loud sometimes. We don’t have a massive showroom or anything like that. It’s more of an administrative and coordination hub for us. We spend our hours answering emails and making sure orders are moving along the way they should. The building is an older society, which gives it a bit of character compared to the new glass towers you see popping up everywhere. We like the local feel of B S Road. There’s always a place to grab a quick tea nearby. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company even though we are part of a larger group. We just want to get the work done right. Most of the time, we’re just regular people trying to solve problems for our customers. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on being practical and honest with everyone. That’s just how we run things here.
