We are located in the Shri Sai Shradha building, right across from the Gurudhwara in Goregaon West. Being on the first floor of the B-Wing gives us a decent view of the busy street below. Our day mostly consists of dealing with diamond tools and helping out customers who drop by the office. It is a bit of a climb up but we are used to it by now. The office is number 109. Mumbai is a crowded city, so finding a good spot like this was lucky for us. We have been making and selling tools for a while. It’s dusty work sometimes but someone has to do it. We aren't big on flashy presentations or corporate talk. We just show the tools and talk about what they can do. The staff is local and we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a big order comes in, but we manage to stay on top of things. We have a lot of regular clients from around the area who know exactly where to find us. The building is a bit old but it serves our purpose just fine. We keep the place organized so we can find things quickly. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here in Goregaon. No frills, just hard work. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just focus on doing a decent job for everyone.
