You can find us at Staubli House on Plot No.55, right over on Road 15/17 in MIDC Andheri East. It’s a busy area, always something going on with trucks moving in and out of the various plots. Being in Andheri East means there's a lot of traffic to deal with, but it’s a good spot for a business like ours. Staubli Tec Systems India has been here for a while now. The building is a decent size and we try to keep things running smooth inside the workshop and the offices. It’s mostly just engineers and technicians walking around in their work gear. We don’t really have any of those modern office things like bean bags or free snacks. It’s a place meant for work. Most of the guys have been with us since the early days. We know the neighbors on the plot next door pretty well too. Sometimes we grab food from the stalls outside the gate during the break. The rain in Mumbai can be a real pain during the monsoon season, and sometimes the road outside gets quite messy with all the mud. But we stay open and keep things moving. We don't really bother with big slogans or fancy talk. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and go home to our families. There’s always a lot of equipment being moved around the floor. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays, but we manage.
