Our office is over in Borivali East, in the Mangalam building, room 101. We are right near the National Park, so that’s a landmark everyone knows. If the windows are open and the wind is right, it feels a bit different than the rest of the city. We work on equipment here. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical drawings most of the time. The building itself is okay, though parking is always a headache for the staff. We’ve got the usual office stuff, chairs that creak a bit and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. Statfield Equipments has been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. People come in, do their shifts, and head home. The walk from the station isn't too bad if you don't mind the crowds. We’re not a huge corporation with glass walls. It’s just a regular workspace with people who know about machinery and how to get it to the people who need it. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We just focus on the orders. It’s a practical place for practical work. The neighbors in the building are mostly quiet, which is nice when we have a lot to get through. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It gets the job done.
