Star Wire Product is based in Mumbai, specifically at 7/9 Israil Mohalla in the Bachuali Building. We are up on the second floor in Room No. 12. It’s a busy area near Samuel Street in Masjid Bunder West. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed and lively Masjid Bunder can be. Our room is small but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, and the hallways are often filled with boxes from other businesses in the building, but that’s just how it goes here. We handle all sorts of product details from this little office. The smell of the city and the sound of the carts on Samuel Street are always there in the background. We aren't a big corporation with a skyscraper; we are just a small shop in an old building doing our best. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shopkeepers and the guys who deliver the mail. The work is mostly manual and involves a lot of tracking and paperwork. We don't have any fancy brochures. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for the room number in the Bachuali Building. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve been making it work in this busy corner of Mumbai for a long time. We just keep moving and getting the products out.
