Star Electro Weld

If you’re driving down Waghodia Road, you’ve probably passed us near the Khan Medical Store. We are Star Electro Weld. We’ve been at this spot on Kherani Road for a good while. Welding is one of those jobs where you’re always covered in dust or looking through a mask, but it’s what we know how to do. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place with the right tools and enough space to get the work done. We handle the usual stuff that comes through the door. Sometimes it’s big pieces, other times it’s just small repairs that someone needs fixed right away so they can get back to their own work. The noise of the machines is pretty constant around here. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork. Most of our day is spent out on the floor. It gets pretty hot, especially in the summer months, but we are used to it by now. We know the people around here and they know us. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in. It’s a straightforward business. We do the welding, you pay the bill, and that’s about it. No need to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we’re still right here by the medical store. It is just a living for us and we keep at it.
