Sometimes it gets a bit lonely not having a water cooler to stand around, but we make up for it with quick chats online. We use simple tools and don't try to overcomplicate our processes. If someone sends an email, one of us will see it and take care of it. There are no layers of management to go through. It’s just us and the work. We’ve been using that same Gmail address for a long time, and it’s become the main hub for everything we do at Sski.
