We’re located in Dadar West, right near Tilak Bhavan at 213, Ramshyam C.H.S. It’s on Senapati Bapat Marg, which is a really busy part of Mumbai. Our company is Sri Durga Shipping Agencies. Being in Dadar means we’re right in the thick of things. We deal with ships and cargo, which involves a lot of back-and-forth with the port and various authorities. Our office is a simple place where we keep all our ledgers and documents. It’s not fancy, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Working in shipping in Mumbai means you’re always dealing with some kind of delay or paperwork issue, but we’re used to it. We’ve been here long enough to know how the system works. Most of us have lived in Mumbai our whole lives, so we don't mind the noise and the crowds outside. We just focus on getting the cargo cleared and sent on its way. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just talk to our clients like normal people and try to solve their problems. Sometimes we stay late because of the time differences with other ports.
