We operate out of the Satyam Shivam Sundaram Cooperative Housing Society in Kanjurmarg East. Specifically, we're in unit G-5. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a joint venture business, being in a residential society, but it works for us. Indira Nagar is a lively area of Mumbai, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop off documents or stop by for a quick meeting. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. Inside, it's just a few desks and some filing cabinets. It’s a practical space where we coordinate between the two partners of the JV. There’s always someone coming or going, usually related to some project or another we’re working on. Mumbai life is fast, and we try to keep up with the pace from this little corner of the suburbs. The society is quite old, so we know the neighbors well. It’s not a corporate glass tower, and we prefer it that way. It keeps us grounded. We deal with the usual Mumbai issues like the monsoon rains and the commute, but we’ve been here long enough to have it all figured out. It’s a humble setup, focusing on the work rather than the appearance of the office. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks and make sure our joint projects are moving forward as planned. It’s about the partnership and getting the work finished, nothing more and nothing less.
