Our office is in Lokmanya Nagar No. 3 in Thane. It’s a busy part of the city, and there is always something going on outside. We have been here for a long time, working as realtors. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some chairs for people to sit on and a lot of cabinets filled with old folders. Real estate in Thane is always moving, so we stay pretty busy. We spend half the day on our feet showing properties and the other half dealing with the paperwork. It gets quite humid here, especially in the summer, but we just keep the fans going. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes the rain in Thane makes it hard to get around, but we manage to meet our clients regardless. We have seen the neighborhood grow and change quite a bit from our windows. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of branches. It's just this one spot where we do our business. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past in the street. We try to be honest about what we see in the market. It’s a simple life, and we like being part of the local community here in Lokmanya Nagar. We aren't fancy but we work hard to get things sorted.
