We are based over in Bhandup West, specifically at A/4014 in the Warje Malwadi area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city, but this is where we manage everything. We deal with sports facilities, which means we spend a lot of our time thinking about playing fields, tennis courts, and running tracks. It’s not just about playing games; there’s a massive amount of ground work involved in every project. We spend hours talking about drainage systems and various surface materials. Our office is usually full of printed maps and drawings of different layouts we are working on. Bhandup is a busy industrial and residential mix, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. We are just a small group of people who like getting these projects finished on time. Sometimes we have to travel quite a distance to get to the actual sites where the sports grounds are being built. It’s definitely not a typical desk job where you sit still all day. One day we might be looking at soil samples and the next we are checking if a fence height is correct. We’ve been doing this for several years now. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy sales pitches to get work. We just show the projects we've done before. It’s all very practical stuff for us. We just keep an eye on the weather and hope for the best.
