We’ve been operating out of B-34 in the MIDC area of Ambernath for quite a few years now. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of factories and busy roads. Our place is tucked in there with the rest. Dealing with molecules is pretty technical stuff, so the days are mostly spent looking at screens or handling equipment in the back. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The building itself is older, but it serves the purpose. Sometimes the monsoons make the roads around here a mess, but we still show up. There’s a small group of us here. We aren't a giant corporation where nobody knows your name. We mostly just stick to the work and try to get orders out without too much fuss. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months. We have a few fans going and usually keep the windows shut to keep the dust out from the industrial traffic. Ambernath has changed a lot since we first started, but the routine stays the same. We handle the chemicals and keep the logs updated. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping an eye on the details. No one is wearing fancy suits here. We’re usually in lab coats or just plain clothes. Speciality Molecules is just a steady part of this industrial belt. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the chemistry.
