Spcl

Spcl is based out of the Worli BDD chawls, specifically in Block No. 62, Room 6. If you know Mumbai, you know these buildings have a lot of history and a lot of people living in them. It’s a very busy part of the city. We’ve been in this block for quite a while. It’s not a fancy glass building like the ones you see in the newer parts of Worli, but it’s where we get our work done. There is always something happening outside in the lanes. Kids playing, people going to work, and the general noise of the city. Our space is small, but we have everything we need to keep the business running. We don't bother with much decoration or anything like that. It’s just a room with some chairs and our equipment. Finding us can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't familiar with the BDD block layout, as all the buildings look pretty similar from the outside. But once you find 62/6, you’re there. We like being in the middle of all this energy. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. We wake up, come here, and do what needs to be done until the day is over. It’s a very simple way of living and working. We don't need much else besides a roof over our heads and some work to keep us busy. It’s just how we do things in Worli.
