Our office is tucked away in Indradhanu Palace, which is right near the Jogila Market in Uthalsar. If you know Thane West, you know how busy that market area can get. It’s a good spot for us because there’s always something happening. We’re in 301/B. We mostly deal with import and export stuff, which sounds fancy but it’s really just a lot of checking lists and making sure the right boxes are on the right ships or planes. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy reports for us. It’s just us doing the work. The office can be a bit messy with samples and shipping documents piled up. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything finished. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the neighborhood. The local chai stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help move goods around. It’s practical work. Sometimes there are delays at the docks, and we have to spend all day on the phone sorting it out. That’s the reality of the impex business. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without all the corporate nonsense. It’s a simple operation, run by people who actually care about getting things right.
