Spaak Realtors Llp is based right on Marine Drive, which is one of the most famous parts of Mumbai. We are in Rasik Niwas, specifically Flat No. 8 on the 2nd floor on F Road. It is an older building with a lot of character, and we like being there. The office is basically a flat that we have turned into a workspace. You can sometimes feel the sea breeze coming in through the windows, which is nice when it gets hot. Being on the second floor means we have to walk up the stairs quite a bit, but we are used to it by now. The space is filled with old wooden desks and stacks of property files that have built up over the years. Marine Drive is always buzzing with people and cars, so it never feels lonely. We spend our days answering the phone and meeting with people who are looking for places in South Mumbai. It is a lot of talking and a lot of explaining how things work in this part of the city. We don't have any fancy signs or modern decor, just a simple place where we do our business. Sometimes we take a walk along the promenade during our lunch break to clear our heads. The work is mostly about staying organized and knowing the local buildings. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients updated on their deals. It is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in the office, but it works for us and the location is hard to beat.
