Sotc Holidays

Our office is over in Morya Estate, right on the ground floor at shop seventeen. It’s pretty easy to find because we’re across from Infinity Mall on the New Link Road. Andheri West is always moving fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. Inside Sotc Holidays, it’s mostly just us at our desks, surrounded by brochures and calendars. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on the keyboards. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we’re just tracking down a missing booking or checking if a flight is on time. The traffic on Link Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some know exactly where they want to go, and others are just looking for ideas. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No fancy speeches, just looking at the screen and telling people what’s available. It’s a small space, but we make it work. We’ve got our files organized, or at least we try to keep them that way. Dealing with travel means things change fast, so we’re always updating things. It’s a steady pace. We take our lunch breaks when we can and get back to the paperwork. It’s a practical way to earn a living, helping people figure out their holiday dates and getting the tickets printed out. It’s just a normal shop doing its job.
