SOLUS VENTURES LLP

Our office for Solus Ventures LLP is at Trimurti Apartment on Ajmal Road. We are tucked into Office No A-01, which is easy enough to find once you get into the building. Mumbai is a crowded place, and Ajmal Road is no different, so things can feel a bit tight around here sometimes. The office itself is just a regular room where we keep our computers and a few chairs for when people stop by to discuss their ventures. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day and the phone rings more than we’d like it to. It is a bit of a trek to get here if the trains are delayed, but that is a common story for everyone working in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just have a calendar that is usually marked up with too many things to do and a small cupboard for snacks. The lighting isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. Working in an apartment-style office means it feels a bit more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we don't mind. We just put our heads down and get through the spreadsheets and the paperwork. It is honest work and we try to keep things as simple as possible without adding unnecessary layers of complexity to our daily routine.
