Our main spot is Flat No. 106 B in the Hira Janaki Apartment. It’s located on the Pune Link Road in Kat Manivali, which is part of Kalyan East. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a flat that we use to run the real estate business. Being right there on the link road makes it easy for us to get around and see the properties we are working on. Kalyan is a growing place, so there is always some new development happening around the corner. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and looking at plots of land. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when people come in to discuss things, but we usually just pull up an extra chair. It’s a family-like atmosphere here. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we are just showing people what’s available and dealing with the legal side of property stuff. The area can be quite noisy with all the traffic on the Pune Link Road, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been in this apartment for a good bit now, and most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and the developer tasks without making a big fuss about it. We just do our work and keep things moving along here in Kalyan.
