Our place is at 97/1 in Raigad. It isn't in the middle of a big city, so it’s a bit different than what you might expect for a systems company. We have been here for some time now. The office is basically just a functional room with our equipment and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole polished corporate look. There are no receptionists in uniforms or glass partitions. It’s mostly just a few of us working on whatever projects are currently on the table. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we manage. The surroundings are quite plain, just a regular plot in Raigad. We focus on the technical side of things without much fuss. If you walked in, you’d probably see a few of us hunched over screens or drinking tea while discussing a problem. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way. We like it being a bit quieter here compared to the madness of Mumbai. It lets us get on with the job without too many distractions. There’s a rhythm to how we work, starting early and finishing up when the tasks are done. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we do every day. We don’t overcomplicate things.
