Snehamey Screen Art

We are located at 304/1 in Mahim, just behind the Mahim bus depot. It’s a busy spot with buses coming and going all day long. If you know the area, you know how noisy it gets around here with the conductors yelling and the engines idling. Snehamey Screen Art is our small space where we deal with all the screen printing stuff. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. There is ink on most of the surfaces and we have racks drying everywhere you look. Usually, someone is sitting on a small stool working on a frame or mixing colors to get them just right. The light in Mahim can be a bit dim in the afternoons so we have these bright tubes that hum a little. Most of our day is spent handling frames and making sure the mesh is clean. We get a lot of people walking in from the depot side asking for directions, but mostly it is just us working through the pile of orders. The weather gets really humid here, which makes the ink dry slower than we like. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break on the front step. It is just a regular local business trying to get the work done before the sun goes down and the traffic gets even worse on the main road. We have been in this Mahim spot for a bit now.
