We’ve been based out of Kalina for a good while now, specifically in the Vinay Bhavya Complex on C. S. T. Road. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know the traffic is something else, especially right outside No. 102 where we sit. Snb Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy corporate setup with glass walls and silent hallways. It’s a busy place with people coming and going, talking about sites and materials. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting that goes into local infrastructure. Most days, the office is a bit loud with the sounds of the main road filtering in, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here is mostly local guys who know the city inside out. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. Instead, we’re usually looking at blueprints or arguing over logistics. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s home for us. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving forward. There’s always a stack of files that needs looking at and someone on the phone trying to coordinate a delivery. It’s just how we operate. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We prefer being on the ground where the actual work happens. That’s just the way it is for us here in Kalina.
