Smith & Sharks Projects (India) Pvt. Ltd. is found at Plot No-1, Office No-201. We are in the New Sonal Link Heavy Industrial Estate in Malad (W). Being in an industrial estate means the atmosphere is very different from a typical corporate park. There are trucks moving around, the sound of machinery in the distance, and a lot of hustle. Our office is on the second floor, room 201. It’s a solid, functional space. We don't have any view to speak of, just the other buildings in the estate. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and you can tell the building has seen a lot of use over the years. Inside, we keep things simple. There are some whiteboards with notes scribbled on them and desks that have seen better days. Malad West is a big area, and this industrial pocket is a core part of it. We like being here because it feels like a place where things actually get managed. The air is often thick with the smell of grease or metal, but that’s just the environment. We come in, do our shifts, and deal with whatever is on the table. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life at Plot No-1. Most of us have been here for a while and we know the routine of the estate quite well by now.
