Smita Milind Subandh

Our office is located in Mahim at the Sababa Shopping Center. We are in Wing A, Flat No 5, which is inside the Sitla Krupa building. Smita and Milind run the show here, and it’s a small, family-style operation. We’ve been in Mahim for quite a while now, and we like the neighborhood. It’s got that old Mumbai feel to it. The shopping center isn’t one of those new glass-and-steel ones, it’s more of a local place where people actually know each other. Our space is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents piled up, but it feels like home. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a simple way of doing things. We start our day early, usually with some coffee and a look at what needs to be finished. The building is well-known around here, so we don't usually have to give people long directions. Just tell them Sitla Krupa in Mahim and they get it. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do our jobs properly and keep our clients happy without all the extra drama. It’s just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of Wing A.
