Smartlite Technik Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Shree Pant Bhuvan, right by the Mamasaheb Warekar Bridge. If you know the bridge, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the evenings. Our space isn't anything too fancy, just a functional setup where we handle all the technical side of things. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We spend most of the morning answering calls and looking over technical drawings. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we manage to shift things around. The breeze from the bridge sometimes helps when it's hot out. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the parts. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don't spend much on decorating the walls because we are usually too busy focusing on the equipment. Sometimes neighbors from the other offices pop in just to say hello. It feels like a small community in this building. We’ve got our own way of doing things, nothing too corporate or rigid. You might find some old boxes stacked in the corner, but we know exactly what is in each one of them. We just show up, do the technical work, and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who relies on us. It is a honest day's work and we like it that way. There isn't much more to the story than that.
