Smart Tech

Our place is at 2B in Citimall, located on New Link Road in Andheri West. Being in a mall means there is always a lot of foot traffic and people walking by. We are a tech spot, so we see all kinds of people coming in. Some are looking for a new gadget, while others have questions about something they bought. The space is fairly small but we make it work. We have shelves with various accessories and a counter where we talk to customers. It is not a quiet office environment. You can hear the mall music and the sound of people talking outside. We spend the day helping people find what they need or explaining how a certain device works. It is simple enough. We don't have a big corporate structure behind us. It is just us running the shop day to day. We get our stock in, we put it on the shelves, and we wait for the next person to come in. Andheri is a busy area, and the New Link Road is always packed with cars. Working in Citimall is convenient because everything is right there. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they are already at the mall for other things. We try to be helpful and just get through the daily tasks. It is a straightforward retail job in a busy part of the city.
