Smart Realtors is located on the 4th floor of the Oshiwara Industrial Estate. Specifically, we're in 408-B at 99 Gulal Wadi. The industrial estate is always busy, trucks coming and going, which keeps things lively. We handle property stuff, mostly around this area. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that's the nature of real estate. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings. The elevator can be slow during lunch hours, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too many files. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we set up shop here. People come in looking for shops or apartments, and we try to point them in the right direction based on what’s actually available, not just what looks good on paper. It's an honest living. The office is a bit crowded with folders and old maps, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big flashy showroom. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. Oshiwara is a hub for business, so being in the industrial estate makes sense for us. If you’re looking for a place or trying to sell one, we’re usually here from morning until late evening.
