S.Kumar Construction

We are S.Kumar Construction, based over in Andheri, Mumbai. Our office is located in the Indira Housing Society in Chandivali, at unit A/2. Mumbai is a crowded, noisy, and fast place, and our neighborhood is no different from the rest of the city. There’s always some kind of construction going on nearby, and we’re often right in the middle of it all. Our office is small and usually filled with the constant sound of the traffic and horns outside. We don't have a lot of extra space, so things like blueprints and samples are often piled up on the desks and in the corners. We spend most of our time out at different sites around the city, checking on progress. Dealing with Mumbai real estate and building work can be a real headache sometimes, what with the heavy rain and the very tight spaces we have to work in. We just take it one day at a time and do what we can. We aren't some big, famous firm with a glass building and a view. We’re just a local team that knows how to handle bricks, mortar, and concrete. Most of us have been doing this for many years now. We eat our lunch together in the office when we aren't out in the field. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours. We don't make big, empty promises to people. We just show up and get on with the task.
