Skg Contruction Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Ashraf House in Shahabaz Village. If you know the Belapur area, specifically near Sector 19-20, you might have walked past us. It’s a busy part of Navi Mumbai. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we coordinate all the building projects. We spend a lot of time on our phones and looking at site plans here. The village vibe is still there even though the city has grown up all around it. Sometimes parking is a bit of a headache near the building, but we make do. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It feels like a second home to most of the staff. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of receptionists. It’s just a handful of us making sure things get built right. Navi Mumbai is always expanding, so there is always something going on around the corner. We usually grab lunch at the local spots nearby. It’s a practical location for getting to different sites across the city. Ashraf House has its quirks, like the slow elevator, but it’s our base. Skg Contruction Pvt. Ltd. just stays focused on the work at hand. We don't spend much time on fancy office decor. The focus is usually on the blueprints on the tables and the next deadline we have to meet.
