We are located at Refractory House on L. B. S. Marg in Kurla West. If you have ever driven down this particular road, you know exactly how hectic and loud it stays. Our building is right in the middle of all that daily action. We deal with refractories, which are basically special materials that can handle a lot of extreme heat without falling apart. It is not something most people think about, but industries like steel and glass production really need them to keep their furnaces from melting down. We have been here in Kurla for a very long time now. The office is a bit old-fashioned and the furniture has seen better days, but it works perfectly fine for us. We do not have any of those modern open-plan desks or fancy glass partitions. It is just a practical place where we handle our orders and talk to our clients on the phone. The walls are lined with old files from many years of doing business. Most of our work involves moving these heavy, heat-resistant materials to different factories across the region. It can be a real logistical headache with the constant traffic on L. B. S. Marg, but we have learned how to manage those delays over the years. We are not trying to impress anyone with big speeches or fancy presentations. We just know our products and we know exactly who needs them. It is a steady business.
