Size Wise The Exercise Studio

Size Wise is tucked away at the end of 17th Road in Santacruz West. We are on the first floor of Bir Sagar, right next to the Dhan Patohar Gurudwara. If you see the Attic Boutique, you’ve basically found our entrance. It’s actually a flat that we converted into an exercise studio, so it has a bit of a homey feel compared to a big warehouse. It’s not one of those massive places with a hundred treadmills. We have a few key pieces of equipment and enough floor space for stretching and bodyweight work. People around here seem to like that it’s tucked away from the main road noise. It’s quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think while you’re working out. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the mats end up in a bit of a pile after a busy morning session. The lighting is okay, nothing too bright, which some of our regulars prefer. It’s mostly neighbors from the surrounding buildings who come by. We don't do a lot of shouting or play very loud music here. It’s just a practical place to get your movement in for the day. We’ve got a small area for bags and shoes by the door. Most days, it’s just a steady flow of people we know. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to know where you're going. It’s a simple setup for anyone who wants a less crowded spot.
