Our place is in the Patel Service Industrial Estate, right there on the Link Road in Andheri West. We occupy plot number B 40, specifically unit 203 in the Veera Industrial Layout. It’s a real working area, lots of trucks coming in and out and small workshops all around us. You won't find any marble floors or fancy glass elevators here. It’s an industrial estate through and through. We deal with the pharma side of things, mostly coordinating shipments and keeping track of the manufacturing numbers. The office is often full of the sound of printers and the hum of the air conditioner. We’ve got a small team, and we all wear many hats. One minute someone is on the phone with a vendor, and the next they are helping move a few boxes. It’s a hands-on kind of environment. The traffic on Link Road is something we deal with every single day, so we’ve learned the best times to avoid the worst of it. We usually take our breaks at the small canteen nearby or just sit in the office with some snacks. It’s a no-nonsense type of business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We just want to make sure the products are handled correctly and the paperwork is in order. It’s a steady job in a busy part of the city, and we’re fine with that.
