Sipa India Pvt. Ltd.

Our office, Sipa India Pvt. Ltd., is in B-101, Mangalya, in the Marol area of Andheri East. It’s a decent spot, close enough to the airport and the main roads. We have been in this building for some time now. It’s a regular office setup with desks, some computers, and a lot of files. We work on various industrial projects and help with technical parts. We don't have any fancy lounge area or a coffee bar. We just have a small pantry where we make our own tea. The team is small, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just get the work done. The Marol area is always crowded, and finding parking can be a real headache for our visitors. But once you get inside the office, it is pretty quiet. We don't spend time writing out big goals or corporate plans. We just look at the orders we have for the day and try to get them finished. Most of our clients are other businesses who need specific parts for their machines. We talk to them, figure out what they need, and get it ordered. It is a simple way to run a company, but it has worked for us so far. We usually leave around six unless there is a big project going on right then.
