We’re located at No. 125/7 Shri Sai Krupa, on Road No. 24- A. Arrow Speciality Co. is a small operation, and we like it that way. We focus on a few specific things that we know well. Our workspace isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our daily tasks done. It’s often a bit messy with projects in different stages of completion. We don't have a team of marketing people; it’s just us handling the orders and the work ourselves. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for years. We aren't trying to be a huge company. We just want to do the job on the stuff we handle. The road outside can get a bit quiet at times, which is nice for getting work done. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the neighbors. We don't use fancy talk or try to sound like a big corporation. If someone has a question, they just ask, and we give them an answer. It’s a practical way to run a business. Our day usually starts early and we stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and we are fine with that. We don't need fancy desks or expensive chairs to get things finished.
