Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Over in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, we are based in the Yogeshwar Prasad society. It’s in Sector 44, right at Plot 154. Being in a housing society means we’re surrounded by families and regular life, which is a nice change from the industrial zones. It’s a busy area, but once you step inside our unit, it’s all about the work. We’ve got computers buzzing and people talking on phones constantly. Navi Mumbai is always expanding, so there is plenty to keep us occupied. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many files and samples of materials lying around. We try to keep it tidy, but when three projects are going at once, things tend to pile up. We grab lunch from the local stalls nearby—the vada pav is a staple for most of the guys here. It’s a fast-paced environment, very different from our rural offices. We have to deal with city traffic and noise, but it’s part of the job. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and people trying to meet their targets. We don’t do big fancy presentations or anything like that. We just show the progress on site and keep moving forward. Simplex Infrastructures Ltd is just a bunch of people working in a regular apartment to get things done. It’s a practical hub for us in the city.
