Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Simplex Infrastructures Ltd is currently working out of the Godrej & Boyce compound in Vikhroli. Specifically, we are at Plant 2, which is part of the IT Park Project. It’s a huge industrial area in Mumbai, and it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't familiar with the layout of Pirojshanagar. The office is right there on the project site, which is great because we can see exactly what's happening without having to travel. It's a dusty environment because of all the construction and manufacturing going on around us, so we’re always cleaning off our desks. The space is filled with the sounds of machinery and trucks, but we don't mind. It feels like real work is getting done. We share some of the facilities with Cushman & Wakefield, and it’s a very busy hub of activity. Inside our section, it's all about the project. We have big drawing boards and computers set up for the engineers. There’s a small area where we keep our hard hats and safety gear right by the door. The security at the gate is quite strict, so we have to make sure our visitor passes are always up to date. The lighting is that typical bright office glare, and the air conditioning is always on to keep the equipment cool. It’s a very functional environment. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some maps of the site and safety posters. It’s a place built for work.
