Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Simplex Infrastructures Ltd is set up here in Mumbai, right in the middle of the old industrial area. We are located at the Bombay Dyeing manufacturing site on G D Ambekar Marg in Naigaon, Dadar East. It’s a part of the city that has a lot of history with the textile mills. Working out of this location means we are right in the thick of things. There’s always a lot of movement around here, trucks coming and going, and workers moving through the gates. Our office is more of a functional base for the projects we have going on in the city. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s Mumbai for you. The humidity can be quite something during the monsoon season, and the building shows its age a bit. We don’t really mind the noise though, it keeps us going. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at site plans spread across the big table in the back room. We have our tea from the local stall just outside the main gate because they make it just right. It’s a very practical arrangement for us being near the Dadar station since it makes it easier for people to reach us from different parts of the suburbs. There’s no fancy furniture, just some sturdy chairs and desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. The elevator is sometimes out of order, so we have to take the stairs, which isn't great. We just focus on the daily tasks.
