Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Our office is located on Sadhana Ranade Road in Dadar, Mumbai. Being in a place like Dadar means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a crowded area and the traffic is always a challenge for us at Simplex Infrastructures Limited. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our space is filled with blueprints, old files, and the sound of the city outside. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s a functional place for people who have work to do. Most of our time is spent managing projects across the city, which is never an easy task given how fast Mumbai moves. We have to deal with all sorts of permits and site issues every single day. It can be frustrating when things get delayed, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We build infrastructure. That means a lot of concrete, a lot of planning, and a lot of time spent on-site. We are just regular people who know the streets of Mumbai and know how to get things built here. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s often very hot, but we show up and get the job done because that is what we do. We are just a local team trying to keep up with the pace of this city every single day.
